Job Details: 

We are looking for a vibrant and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The Business Development Manager for Large Format Printers will work in conjunction with sales managers, account managers, product managers, and vendors to drive brand specific or category sales to achieve sales and product targets.

In addition, their day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and managing customer relationships, overseeing service delivery, managing operational administration, adhering to vendor and/or brand requirements and managing their self-development.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in product and account management in print
  • 3+ years specialist and technical knowledge of large format and production print
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Good understanding of the ICT and compute industry coupled with the ability to keep up with technology and industry developments
  • Good track record in achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Brand specific knowledge of product and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Reliable transport
  • This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch
