As a dynamic forward-thinker, you'll be tasked with acquiring new partners and customers, in collaboration with HPI South Africa. Your goal-oriented approach will involve promoting Tarsus Distribution's products and solutions that align with the needs and objectives of our clients. This includes generating a steady stream of leads, identifying marketing opportunities, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
Your role will also involve driving strategic innovation by developing growth strategies and plans, as well as selling creative enterprise solutions that spark insightful discussions with clients. By maintaining a customer-centric mindset, you'll not only facilitate business growth but also enhance the overall quality of engagement with the partner channel, ensuring a consistent and enriching experience across all touchpoints.
Your market insights will be invaluable in understanding partners' needs and crafting compelling business propositions and solution offerings tailored to their requirements.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant tertiary qualification - Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management will be advantageous
- 4+ years’ experience in compute and product / account management
- Financial and business acumen, with experience in building business plans
- Distributor / partner understanding and relationship-building experience
- Good understanding of the ICT and compute industry coupled with the ability to keep up with technology and industry developments
- Reliable transport
- This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch
