Are you a seasoned financial professional with a knack for accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight?
We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing our financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. This includes;
- Supporting financial decision-making through meticulous collection, analysis, investigation, and reporting of financial data.
- Streamlining and automating month-end financial reporting procedures for timely and accurate reports.
- Implementing processes and controls to enhance internal financial control standards.
- Maintaining general ledgers and trial balances according to IFRS and accounting standards.
- Providing technical support and computations for complex accounting transactions.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or similar
- Honours in Accounting or similar
- Articles in an accounting firm advantageous
- Professional Membership registration: SAICA, CIMA, or similar
- 4+ years experience in similar role
- Broad knowledge of accounting practices and processes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Performance and deadline-oriented
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Administrative management experience
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Conscientious with a strong work ethic
