Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to shape and execute our retail strategy, ensuring we meet financial and service targets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building relationships with key players in the retail sector, driving sales, and ensuring consistent brand representation while maintaining the highest level of service.
The key responsibilities of this role include retail management, customer engagement, inventory and forecasting, sales and marketing as well as people management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Distribution Management or Retail Operations Management.
- Proven experience in staff management and senior account management.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Strong market analysis skills.
- Experience with new product rollouts and product promotions.
- Proficient in retail marketing, sales performance, and sales planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficient in MS office suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel.
- Reliable transport.
- This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
